What a Barber Costs in Zurich (and What's Included)
At Monfrecola Concept a men's haircut costs CHF 50.–, a beard trim CHF 30.–, haircut and beard together CHF 80.–. The haircut includes consultation, wash and styling; you pay in the salon at the end.

The haircut takes 30 minutes and includes a consultation, wash, cut, finish and styling. Long hair is a different service: 45 minutes, because the cut is built on the length. The consultation is not a formality: we look at your features, how you wear your hair and how much time you have in the morning. The cut is built on that.
The beard service takes 30 minutes: shaping the lines, a shave, a hot towel and skin care. Haircut and beard together take 60 minutes: both full services, back to back, in a single appointment.
Why the price is fixed, with no add-ons
At Monfrecola Concept the price is fixed: no surcharge for the wash, the consultation or the styling, because they are already part of the service.
On many price lists, the extras change the final bill. Not here: CHF 50.– on the website is CHF 50.– at the till. The wash is not an add-on. Neither is the styling.
How you pay and how you book
At Monfrecola Concept you pay at the shop, once the service is done: no deposits, no prepayment when you book.
You can book two ways: on the website or by phone, +41 77 205 42 35. Pick the service, pick the time, come in. You settle up once, when the work is finished and you have seen it in the mirror.
You know the total before you sit down: it is the one on the price list. Nothing gets added at the end, no surprises at the till.
How to tell if a barber's price is fair
To judge a barber's price in Zurich, look at three things: how long the appointment actually lasts, what the price includes, and what is billed separately.
A 15-minute cut and our 30-minute men's haircut are not the same service, even if the sign in the window uses the same word. Before comparing two numbers, ask three questions: is the wash included or a separate line? Do you pay extra for the styling at the end? Is there a consultation, or do the clippers come out straight away?
